A Commitment to Autism Awareness and Inclusive Care

At Rose Optometry, we’re committed to providing care that truly reflects the needs of our diverse community. Recently, Anjali and Emilie completed an autism course with Autism New Zealand, further strengthening our ability to support our neurodiverse patients.

Autism New Zealand delivers evidence-based training led by experienced professionals in the field. Their courses provide practical strategies, tools, and insights that help create more effective and compassionate care environments.

Through this training, Anjali and Emilie have gained valuable knowledge and a deeper understanding of neurodiversity, which they are already bringing into our practice. This allows us to be more thoughtful in how we communicate, plan treatments, and support each individual patient.
